Post Details

Senior Residents: MBBS with MD/MS/DNB in respective specialty. Provide clinical care, manage indoor patients, assist surgeries, OPD consultations, emergency duties, supervise juniors, teaching activities. Specializations: Medicine, Surgery, Orthopedics, Obs-Gyn, Pediatrics, Anesthesia, Radiology, Pathology, Dermatology, ENT, Ophthalmology. Rs. 60,000-80,000/month consolidated. Specialists Full Time: MBBS with MD/MS, 3-5 years post-PG experience. Comprehensive clinical services, departmental leadership, specialized procedures, clinical mentoring, quality patient care, hospital administration, research. Rs. 1.2-1.53 lakh/month as per 7th CPC. Specialists Part Time: Hourly/session basis. Specialized consultations, specific procedures, support full-time doctors. Rs. 2,000-5,000 per session.

Eligibility and Age

Senior Resident: MBBS + MD/MS/DNB in specialty + valid Medical Council registration + internship completion. Specialists: MBBS + MD/MS + 3-5 years experience. Clinical expertise, emergency handling, communication skills required. Age: Senior Resident max 45 years (relaxation 5 years SC/ST, 3 years OBC), Specialists max 69 years accommodating experienced and retired doctors.

Selection and Salary

Walk-in interview - no written exam. Interview panel of senior ESIC medical officers assesses clinical knowledge, experience, communication, suitability. Document verification during interview. Selected candidates receive immediate appointment orders. Senior Residents Rs. 60,000-80,000/month, Specialists Full Time Rs. 1.2-1.53 lakh/month + allowances, Part Time Rs. 2,000-5,000/session.
