Qualification
Educational Qualification Requirements
For Project Associate-II Positions:
- Master's Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related disciplines from a recognized university
- NET/GATE qualification or equivalent national level examination for higher remuneration
- Candidates without NET/GATE but with relevant Master's degree are also eligible with lower remuneration
- Final year students awaiting results are NOT eligible to apply
For Senior Project Associate Positions:
- Master's Degree in relevant discipline with NET/GATE qualification
- Minimum 2-3 years of research/work experience in pharmaceutical industry or research institutions
- For IT position: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology (Computer Science/IT) with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Proven track record of publications or technical contributions will be an added advantage
For Project Scientist-I Positions:
- Doctoral Degree (Ph.D.) in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or allied fields
- For Bioanalysis position: Expertise in LC-MS/MS, method development, and validation
- For Business Development: MBA with Ph.D. or extensive experience in pharmaceutical business development
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals is desirable
For Project Scientist-III Position:
- Doctoral Degree with minimum 6-8 years of post-doctoral research experience
- Expertise in ADME-PK studies and Toxicology assessments
- Experience in handling regulatory submissions and GLP compliance
